🚀 Full-Stack Developer — AI-Augmented Engineering

📋 Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI-assisted development, from generating implementation plans to validating and delivering production-ready solutions.
- Ensure AI-generated code aligns with the existing architecture, Clean Architecture principles, and layered design patterns.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, and production quality.
- Ensure all code includes comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests with thoughtful edge-case coverage.

Apply and enforce security best practices aligned with NIST 800-53, including access control, audit logging, system integrity, and secure configuration management.
- Respond quickly to production issues by diagnosing, prototyping, and deploying high-quality fixes under pressure.
✅ Requirements

5+ years of proven TypeScript development experience, including experience gained before AI coding tools became widespread.

Strong expertise in React and Next.js.

Solid hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, IAM, etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, identifying architectural issues, security vulnerabilities, and subtle logic errors.

Familiarity with NIST 800-53 or comparable security frameworks.

Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar as engineering partners.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising quality or security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
